Product Description
The Brine Injector Series inject compounds solution with other materials into raw meat and make the raw meat fully brine soaked, after this process, the raw meat material will be more tender and soft, it promoted the quality and productivity of meat products.
YZ-72 Brine Injector works on the meat with bone, the injector needles automatically raise up when it reaches bones, therefore, the needles won't be injured anymore, and the injection speed and pressure are adjustable.
